  • Finally, an extended magazine for the Marlin 795!

I just ran across a newly released product for the Marlin 795 (and and other Marlin auto-loading .22 rifle made after 1996).

It is a 25 round, single stack, clear 'banana style' magazine. Its made by Shooters Ridge, and while it doesn't have metal feed lips, apparently the material they use is pretty durable. They also have slots on them so you can link two magazines together and have 50 rounds on board.

I ordered two of them, and will try them out. They cost 16.99 from the site I used, and I saw them on Midway for 17.99 also. If they are reliable, it will allow me to shoot my little .22 in a competition we have locally (IDPA style 2 gun, with a rimfire division).

I am glad you found them. I hope you get them in time to try they out before Sunday. I don't think I will make it since I will probably go home for fathers day.

Its about time! I love my 25 round mags for my S&W....

I bring 6 mags with me to the steel plate shoot and I don't have to reload all day!

I'll be very interested in your report!

I doubt they will arrive in time for Sunday, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed anyway. If not, they'll make their first match debut at the next steel shoot.
